ExperienceI have worked very hard over a long period of time to make it to graduate school and would love to share what I've learned with others.
I primarily utilize the learner-centered pedagogy in conjunction with the humanistic counseling orientation to promote an environment in which the student's strengths support his/her educational goals.
HobbiesHolistic wellness is essential in our fast-paced world; and as such, I believe taking time out for self-care is essential! My methods of choice include painting, writing, meditation, and any other creative outlet.
I moved around a lot through middle and high school. I didn't like it at the time but have learned to be grateful for the experiences it gave me in dealing with all cultures, religions, races, etc.
My favorite dog breed is the Rhodesian Ridgeback, and I wish Blue Bell would bring back gallon-sized Birthday Cake ice cream!
